Using the chat feature is quick and easy.

First login to the chat admin by clicking the Admin link on the bottom navigation:

scroll down and click on Live Chat button to open dashboard

This is your chat screen

This is your chat screen. You may “Initiate” and “Accept” a chat.

Here you will see the conversation your client is on the left you are on the right. To reply use the text entry at the bottom.

Clicking the top right button reveals the chat saving options.  Your options are: send the transcript, leave chat or end chat.
